HWY 1 volume still heavy after all incidents clear

Multiple incidents along Highway 1 created long delays for commuters heading west Tuesday morning.

A car was in the ditch just west of 232nd Street. A fire truck was on the scene and blocking the right lane.

Meanwhile, a truck had broken down just west of 160th Street in the right lane.

On the Port Mann Bridge, a stalled car was in the HOV lane at the east end of the bridge.

All incidents cleared by just after 9 a.m.
