1 man dead after Brampton shooting, 2 other people sent to hospital

Peel Regional Police are investigating a late-night shooting in Brampton that killed one man and sent two other adults to a hospital Wednesday evening.

Officers were called to the area of Heritage Road and Embleton Road just after 11:00 p.m. for reports of a shooting.

Authorities say a man in his 20s was transported to a hospital in critical, life-threatening condition were he was later pronounced dead.

Two other adults were also brought to a hospital with serious injuries.

No suspect information was provided.
