2-year-old missing from Vancouver found safe
The Vancouver Police Department has cancelled an Amber Alert for a 2-year-old reported missing from Vancouver.
Police say the child was located and is safe.
“Officers are continuing to investigate the circumstances around today’s incident,” the VPD said.
All identifying information has been removed for privacy.
