3-vehicle crash in Surrey sends 2 to hospital, closes intersection

A three-vehicle crash in Surrey sent two people to hospital with serious injuries Sunday morning, police say.

Police responded to the scene of the crash at the intersection of 96th Avenue and 140th Street just after 10:30 a.m.

The driver and passenger of one of the vehicles were taken to hospital with serious injuries.

The cause of the collision is under investigation, the Surrey Police Service (SPS) says.

Anyone with information or dashcam footage is asked to call the SPS at 604-599-0502 and quote 2025-10053 (SU).

The intersection was closed after the accident. As of 4:30 p.m., it remained closed in all directions.
