Oscar hopefuls will find out whether they’ve made the cut when actors Rachel Sennott and Bowen Yang announce the nominees for the 97th Academy Awards.

While the announcement typically kicks off a barrage of award-show pageantry culminating in the Oscars themselves, this year’s programming will be muted because of the devastating fires across Southern California.

The announcement will begin at 8:30 a.m. ET. You can watch it on the Oscars’ website and social media accounts, as well as on the streaming services ABC, Disney+, and Hulu.

The nominee announcement is just one domino in the coordinated lineup of shows, dinners and other awards culminating with the 97th Academy Award on March 2.

The Southern California blazes delayed the nomination announcement and destroyed homes belonging to executives, stars and members of the Academy’soard of governors. The Academy has pledged to support relief efforts.
