Pattullo Bridge partially reopens after fatal overnight crash

A fatal multi-vehicle crash on the Pattullo Bridge shut down traffic overnight, but police say it has since reopened southbound.
The Surrey Police Service says the crash appears to have involved a semi-truck and two vehicles.
“The Pattullo bridge [was] closed both ways, while police are investigating a three-vehicle collision on the east end of the Pattullo Bridge that’s resulted in three fatalities and one person being treated for life-threatening injuries,” said Staff Sgt. Lindsey Houghton of the Surrey Police Service.
It isn’t known when the bridge will reopen northbound.
