3 people injured, 1 critically, in Surrey crash: Police

A multi-vehicle crash in Surrey on Tuesday afternoon has sent three people to hospital, one in critical condition.

The Surrey Police Service says that around 4 p.m., officers attended the area of 120 Street and 97 Avenue after receiving reports of a motor vehicle collision.

Both the Surrey Fire Service and BC Emergency Health Services attended the scene.

All three people were taken to the hospital; one was transported with life-threatening injuries.

Police say 120 Street between 96 Avenue and 97A Avenue is expected to be closed in both directions for several hours.
