Commercial vehicle involved in fatal crash in Vancouver

Police are responding to the scene of a fatal crash in Vancouver’s Kerrisdale neighbourhood Tuesday morning.

First reported around 10 a.m., the crash at Angus Drive has West 57th Avenue blocked between Granville and Cypress streets while emergency crews respond.

Details are limited, but the Vancouver Police Department has confirmed to 1130 NewsRadio that the crash was fatal.

Images from the scene show a commercial truck crashed with a Mercedes sedan.

Delays can be expected along West 57th Avenue.
