Fraser Health named new CEO
Fraser Health has appointed seasoned health care executive Dermot Kelly to the dual role of President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
The board has highlighted that Kelly has a substantial background with the health authority, having worked for them over the past six years.
More recently, he was the Vice President overseeing planning and operations at various acute-care facilities and additional programs, including supporting Access and Flow during the COVID-19 pandemic and leading Patient Care and Quality.
With over two decades of experience in health care leadership within B.C., he steps into the position following the tenure of interim President and CEO Dr. Lynn Stevenson, who held the role temporarily.
