Fright Nights opened at PNE
Fright Nights at the PNE officially kicked off its 22nd season on Friday.
Vancouver’s scariest attraction is back with more than a dozen thrilling rides, roaming monsters, live performances, and of course, the haunted houses.
PNE spokesperson Courtney Karg tells 1130 NewsRadio this year’s Fright Nights provides something spooky for everyone.
“If you like clowns, you would love Carnival. If you like scary dolls, you would love Keepers Doll Factory,” she said.
“And if you like cave dwelling, you would really like the void where you become Rangers and have to go and look for the missing teens in the howling caves.”
Karg says it’s best to arrive early — as the line-ups can be just as scary as the haunted houses.
“There are lots of really cool aspects to each and every house, and you have to go through all of them to kind of experience them. We encourage the guests to come early and get through all of the houses.”
Additionally, the PNE has brought new attractions as well.
“We have a few more photo opportunities for our guests, and we also have a handful more of our roaming actors, our line actors. So those are the actors who are running around the park and interacting with you outside of the houses. And so that’s a new aspect for our guests this year,” Karg explained.
Fright Nights is running on most nights up until Halloween.
The gates open at 6 p.m.
Tickets are available on the PNE’s website.
