Here is a new list of the top 25 most wanted fugitives in Canada
The Toronto Police Service (TPS) shared an updated list of Canada’s top 25 most wanted fugitives on Wednesday, and investigators are offering financial rewards to anyone with information about their whereabouts.
Number one on the list is Dave Turmel, a 28-year-old man from Québec wanted on Canada-wide warrants for several offences, including but not limited to substance trafficking, conspiracy, and assault with a weapon. Turmel is also suspected of having participated in several criminal activities still under active investigation by several police services.
Joining Turmel as the top five most wanted fugitives are All Boivin (Québec), Rabih Alkhalil (B.C.), Adrian Walker (Toronto), Phillip Grant (Toronto), and Dylan Dennis (Montreal). Rewards for information about their arrests range from $250,000 to $50,000.
Police said Boivin is wanted by the Sûreté du Québec on Canada-wide warrants for numerous drug-related offences. Authorities have been looking for Boivin since Feb. 23, 2023, and believe his girlfriend, 26-year-old Yaulise Lemieux-Bellavance, is accompanying him.
Alkhalil is considered a “very dangerous criminal” who broke out of the North Fraser Pretrial Centre in July 2022 while on trial for first-degree murder. He was found guilty by a jury a month after his escape and remains at large. It’s unknown if he’s still in Canada or abroad, as he’s “known to use fake identity documents and passports.”
Walker and Grant, both of Ontario, are wanted in separate murder investigations in Toronto. Police said Dennis is wanted in connection with a murder in Montreal in May.

Ontario woman wanted in alleged murder of Quebec youth
On Wednesday, investigators listed Katherine Bergeron-Pinzarrone of Mississauga, Ont., as the seventh-most wanted fugitive in the country for her connection to the August murder of a 16-year-old boy from Québec that occurred in Ontario.
York Regional Police said Pinzarrone is known to reside in Mississauga and Québec.
In April, Michael Bebee was named Canada’s most wanted fugitive for his alleged role in the murder of Toronto man Shamar Powell-Flowers.
In November 2023, TPS officers announced that Bebee was wanted Canada-wide for second-degree murder. Powell-Flowers was found at the scene with gunshot wounds and was rushed to hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
