A 29-year-old man is facing a sex assault charge and police believe there may be other victims.

Investigators say on December 9 a woman under the age of 18 was approached by a man in the Square One area of Mississauga. They say he allegedly made advances towards her, kissing and touching her inappropriately before she managed to get away. Police say she did not suffer any physical injuries.

On December 16, police arrested Johnathan Watson, also known as Justine Watson, of no fixed address and charged him with sexual assault and two counts of failing to comply with a probation order.

“At the time of arrest, Johnathan was bound by release orders stemming from two prior and separate charges of Sexual Assault,” Peel police said in a release on Saturday.

Investigators believe there may be other victims and are encouraging them to contact police or anonymously at Crime Stoppers.
