Multi-vehicle crash blocking Lions Gate Bridge southbound
The West Vancouver Fire and Rescue Service has confirmed it is responding to the scene of a multi-vehicle crash on the Lions Gate Bridge Wednesday afternoon.
Callers to 1130 NewsRadio first reported the incident near the north end of the bridge around 12:45 p.m.
Images from the scene show that southbound lanes are blocked, and northbound drivers, limited to one lane, are backed up towards Stanley Park.
Drivers are being advised to use the Ironworkers Memorial Bridge instead.
