A book of lost memories has been handed in to police in New Westminster.

Officers say they’re seeking the public’s help to return an orphaned photo album to its rightful owner, after it was handed into the department on Jan. 15.

They add the photos appear to have been taken throughout the 1960s and 1990s, and the name Thelma Dueck appears on several mementos.

“These pages tell someone’s story,” said Sgt. Andrew Leaver. “We would love to reunite these cherished memories with their rightful owner.”

Anyone with information pertaining to the album is encouraged to call the New Westminster Police Department and reference file 24-793.
