New Westminster Skytrain service suspended

The SkyTrain Expo Line is shut down in New Westminster Friday due to an ongoing police incident.

Service between Braid and Sapperton stations has been suspended while Metro Vancouver Transit Police are on the scene.

Const. Amanda Steed told The Leader Spirit that commuters should expect road closures and transit delays.

Expo Line trains are operating between Waterfront and King George stations only.

The Canada Line and Millenium Line are unaffected.
