Mounties in North Vancouver say they’re investigating after concerning stickers have been placed around the Central Lonsdale neighbourhood.

According to the North Vancouver RCMP, the stickers are “promoting white supremacy.”

“On January 27, 2025, North Vancouver RCMP were made aware of several large white stickers posted on poles, fences and signs covered with English text that represents an ignorant and discriminatory ideology against ethnic diversity,” Mounties said in a release on Wednesday.

Police say the larger stickers have often been accompanied by smaller ones with a QR code and web address.

The stickers have been removed, but police say they’re being investigated as a “willful promotion of hatred.”

“Promoting hate propaganda has no place in our community and these ideologies are not representative of our community,” said Cpl. Mansoor Sahak. “We remain committed to ensuring North Vancouver is a safe and inclusive place for everyone.”

Despite best efforts, police say their investigation has hit a dead end and they’re now appealing to the public.

Anyone with information about the stickers are being urged to call the North Vancouver RCMP at 604-985-1311 and quote file #2025-1856.
