Pedestrian in her 80s struck by a vehicle in Scarborough

A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in Scarborough on Friday afternoon, according to authorities.
The collision happened at approximately 4:30 p.m. on Milliken Boulevard just south of Passmore Avenue, near Kennedy Road and Steeles Avenue.
Toronto Paramedic Services say a woman in her 80s was transported to a hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.
Footage from Chopper 680 appears to show a black sedan parked in the middle of a cross walk.
No other details have been released.
