Person taken to hospital after crash in East Vancouver
One person was taken to hospital after a crash in East Vancouver Friday evening, according to the Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA).
Emergency crews were called to the area of East 41st Avenue and Rupert Street just after 8 p.m.
“Two ambulances were dispatched,” PHSA media relations told 1130 NewsRadio.
“Paramedics provided emergency medical treatment for one patient at the scene and transported one patient to hospital.”
Calls to the station indicate the incident may have involved a pedestrian, but that has yet to be confirmed.
The extent of injuries is not clear.
