Ridge Meadows police seek hit and run driver

Police in Ridge Meadows are searching for a male driver suspected in a hit and run.

The driver of a 2000s white Toyota hatchback is being asked by Mounties to turn himself in, after his involvement in a hit and run on Jan. 26.

Police say the incident, which occurred in the area of 240 Street and 118 Avenue, sent a pedestrian to hospital with a broken leg.

The driver is described by police as a man in his sixties, wearing gold headwear.
