SRO on fire in Vancouver’s Downtown

A fire broke out in a SRO in Vancouver Downtown

The Vancouver Fire Rescue Service say firefighters are currently extinguishing a structure fire on Granville Street and Davie Street.

According to the Fire Rescue Service, two people have been injured and they are being treated right now.

““BC Emergency Health Services received a call at 3:32 p.m. today for a structure fire,” said Paramedic Officer Brian Twaites in a statement.

“Four ambulances with primary care ambulances and a supervisor responded to the scene,” he added.

The Vancouver Police has closed Granville between Helmcken and Davie.
