Surrey Police investigate gunshots in Newton neighborhood

Police in Surrey are investigating after shots were fired at a business in the Newton neighborhood in the early morning hours on June 10.

Officers were called to the area near 70 Avenue and 128 Street on Tuesday morning.

The Surrey Police Service say the business was shot at overnight while it was closed. Nobody was injured.

Police are still working to determine a motive and whether this shooting is connected to any other recent incidents.
