Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour is set to bring thousands of people into downtown Vancouver this week, and TransLink says it’s ready to help everyone get there.

The Metro Vancouver transit provider says extra services are set to shuttle the huge crowds to BC Place from Dec. 6 to 8, as the massive pop star visits Vancouver to play her final Eras Tour shows.

More bus, SkyTrain, Seabus, and even West Coast Express services are now scheduled for the concert days.

According to TransLink, the last trains will depart from Waterfront Station at 1:15 a.m. for the Canada Line, and 1:15 a.m. for the Expo Line on all three nights.

The SeaBus will sail every 10 minutes from 3 p.m. until its last sailing from Waterfront at 1:22 a.m., while a special “Swift” shuttle is being set up outside BC Place to get concert-goers to Waterfront.

“A special ‘Midnight’ train will run on Saturday, December 7 to get customers to and from the concert thanks to Rogers. The train departs Mission at 4 p.m. and a return train will leave Waterfront Station at midnight. Seats on the West Coast Express train are first come, first serve, and cannot be reserved ahead of time,” TransLink shared on Monday.

TransLink says more SkyTrain attendants, security, police, and volunteers will be on hand at transit hubs to help manage crowds.

“Whether you’re a local or from out of town, we are making it as easy as possible to travel safely and swiftly to enjoy the concerts,” TransLink CEO Kevin Quinn said. “So, grab your Compass Card, friendship bracelet, and let transit get you to the show.”

TransLink is urging riders to plan ahead, build extra time into their journey to the concert, and pre-load compass cards or use credit cards for payment to skip lines.

“Concertgoers can also enjoy special Taylor Swift-themed activations across the transit system, including a surprise singalong on the SeaBus and live performances at Stadium–Chinatown SkyTrain Station,” TransLink added.
