Basketball fans are one step closer to sporting Toronto Tempo gear, as Canada’s first WNBA team dropped its merchandise Tuesday, including hoodies, hats, jackets, and other items.

Several of the merch items, which prominently feature the logo and the team’s colours of Hydrogen Blue and Bordeaux, were made by Canadian and female-founded brands.

Some of the brands include Peace Collective, The Give & Grow, Scents by Fay, Playa Society, and Roots, to name a few.

The team’s online store, featuring an inaugural collection of merchandise, opened at 9 a.m. ET on Tuesday.

“It’s been really fun to have all the enthusiasm and excitement around the Tempo, and now people can support us, they can look their best,” WNBA president Teresa Resch said on Breakfast Television.

“This year we get to launch our merch, launch our name, get a GM, get a coach. We’re gonna have fan fest, we’re gonna announce our schedule, we’re gonna have an expansion draft — a couple things going on in 2025.”

Fans will have to wait a while to get a Tempo jersey, which will be available closer to tipoff in 2026.
