1130 NewsRadio wins 2 RTDNA regional awards
1130 NewsRadio has won two regional 2025 Radio Television Digital News Association (RTDNA) awards.
The awards were in the Radio Newscast – Audio – Large Market category.
The U.S.-based RTDNA says our breaking news coverage of the Oct. 19, 2024, atmospheric river and our continuing coverage of last fall’s provincial election were the best international entries.
Our partner station in Toronto, 680 NewsRadio, won the Large Market category award for overall excellence.
