Two people were sent to hospital early Thursday morning after being stabbed in the City of Langley.

The Langley RCMP says that around 3:40 a.m., Mounties responded to a report of a “disturbance” along 56 Avenue near 198 Street.

When officers got there, they found two people who had been stabbed. Both victims were then taken to hospital for treatment.

“A 33-year-old Langley man has been arrested and remains in Police custody in connection to this incident. The investigation is in its early stages, and officers are continuing to gather details from the scene,” said Sgt. Zynal Sharoom.

Anyone with information about the stabbings is being urged to contact the Langley RCMP.
