Multiple injuries in North York shooting

Multiple people are injured with gunshot wounds after a shooting near the Lawrence Heights neighbourhood in North York, according to paramedics.

Police were called to the Flemington Road and Zachary Court area just after 8:30 p.m. Tuesday for reports of gunshots.

Toronto Paramedics say six adults, ranging from 18 to 40 years of age, have been transported to the hospital.

The injuries are ranging from serious to critical.

Toronto Police Service (TPS) say they are setting up a command Post in the Ranee Avenue and Flemington Road area.
