11 out-of-control wildfires in B.C.

According to the B.C. Wildfire Service, there are currently 11 wildfires that are out of control.
In total, the province counts 27 wildfires.
20 of the fires are believed to be caused by lightening while seven are deemed to be human caused.
Most of those fires are located in the northeast part of B.C., currently the driest area as the B.C. Wildfire Service notes. It maintains a moderate to high fire danger rating.
16 fires are either under control or not expected to grow any further.
In the past week, 14 have been successfully extinguished.
